This privacy statement provides notice of our information collection practices and of the ways in which your information may be used. Our Public Web Site

If you visit our public Web Site (http://www.cctsolutions.com), you should be aware that our site will place a 'cookie' in your browser's cache.  Its sole purpose is to act as a 'time stamp' for your visit for use in determining whether or not our site content has changed since your last visit when visiting our site again at a future date.  We store information that we collect through cookies and log files only to inform you whether or not our site content has changed since your last visit via a blue text notation that may appear at the top of some of our Web pages.    This is done as a courtesy to our visitors so that they may make an informed decision about how little or much time may be warranted to review our site content.

Newsletters and Automated E-Mail Correspondence

CCT Solutions, Inc. maintains the utmost respect for your privacy.  If you elect to subscribe to our newsletter - Ctrl+Alt+Del, we will use your name and email address voluntarily provided by you only for the specific and limited purpose of sending the newsletter to you.  Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you a way to unsubscribe at the footer of every newsletter edition should you later change your mind and wish to no longer receive our newsletter.  We do not use your e-mail address for any other purpose, nor do we sell or share your e-mail address with any third party.  If you have elected to unsubscribe from any automated correspondence from CCT Solutions, Inc. and, for whatever reason, cessation has either not occurred or not occurred timely, you are encouraged to inform the President of CCT Solutions, Inc. directly for a prompt and complete resolution of your request.  Such requests to the Company president can be sent to chris.gorton@cctsolutions.com and will be reviewed and addressed by the close of business on the day your request is submitted.

Our Intranet, Extranet and Other Restricted Access Webs

CCT typically receives specific data about its Web site visitors only when such information is provided voluntarily, such as when our visitors request information, purchase or enroll for services, provide resume information for employment opportunities, or send us e-mail. Of course, some of these activities require that you give us information, such as when you update vendor profiles, submit expenses that may include a credit card number, submit your resume, or request certain types of information. When you provide personally-identifiable information to CCT through one of our websites, it will be used to fulfill your specific request. CCT reserves the right to send existing customers and/or vendors bulletins and other important information about services they presently received from CCT. In most cases, you will be given the opportunity to select whether you do, or do not, want CCT to use this information for any additional purposes. Absent any instructions from you, CCT may use information you provide to inform you about services and products offered by the CCT family of companies, CCT authorized agents, and other goods and services providers with whom CCT has relationships and whose offerings might be of interest to you. CCT will not, however, sell or trade your personally-identifiable information unless we are authorized or legally required to do so, or in the case of imminent physical harm to the visitor or others. You may also request that CCT not use your information for commercial purposes by sending such requests to company management.  On those CCT sites where you may provide CCT with billing information in your capacity as computer consultants, expense report details and other such data may be submitted on this site - some of which may necessarily include your credit card or other financial information - via the web, CCT protects and secures this information by employing commercially customary web-based security and encryption protocols, examples of which include Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and Secure Electronic Transaction (SET). On those sites where you voluntarily offer any feedback, data, answers, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas or the like, CCT will treat that portion of the information as non-confidential and non-proprietary and, except as otherwise expressed in this privacy statement, CCT assumes no obligation to protect such information from disclosure.

B. Non Personally-Identifiable (Generic) Information:

In general, CCT™ gathers some generic information automatically. Generic information does NOT reveal the identity of the visitor. It usually includes information about the Internet address assigned to your computer, the number and frequency of visitors, and the CCT sites visited. CCT gathers this information for the limited purpose of determining customer service and website needs. We accomplish this by using certain technologies, including "cookies" (a technology that can be used to provide the visitor with tailored information about CCT services). CCT does not combine information collected in this way with any personally-identifiable information. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie and you can refuse it.

C. Your CCT or Its Affiliate, Domain Name Solutions, Hosted Website, Bulletin Boards, Chat Rooms and Third-Party Sites:

Information that you disclose in a public space, including on any bulletin board, chat room, or website CCT™ may host for you as part of your CCT services, is available to anyone else who visits that space. CCT cannot safeguard any information you disclose in these locations. Additionally, CCT websites contain links to sites that belong to third parties unrelated to CCT. CCT cannot protect any information you may disclose in these sites and recommends that you review the privacy policy statements of those sites you visit.

D. Exceptions and Limitations:

Notwithstanding the foregoing and in compliance with applicable laws, CCT™ (i) cooperates fully with state, local, and federal officials in any investigation relating to any content (including personal or private electronic communications transmitted to CCT) or purported unlawful activities of any user of the Service, and (ii) takes reasonable measures to protect its proprietary rights. For the limited purposes of accomplishing such cooperation and measures and in compliance with applicable laws, CCT may be required to disclose personally identifiable information. In addition, CCT may elect to monitor the areas of communication of any kind (i) to satisfy any law, regulation, or government request; (ii) if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate CCT; or (iii) to protect the rights or property of CCT or others. In connection with the potential sale or transfer of any of its interest in www.cctsolutions.com and other sites owned by the company, CCT reserves the right to sell or transfer your information (including, but not limited to name, address information, and other information you provided to CCT) to a third party that (i) concentrates its business in software consulting and training products or services; (ii) agrees to be CCT's successor in interest with regard to the maintenance and protection of information collected and maintained by CCT; and (iii) agrees to the obligations of this policy statement.
