Acknowledgments  Our ability to deliver the exceptional software training and consulting products that we do today is a direct result of the extraordinary dedication of the many conscientious, bright and energetic people that have shaped our fifteen year history.  CCT gratefully acknowledges their generous contribution and unfailing loyalty to our customers.

► Our acknowledgement of the people and organizations that have been instrumental in the success of this organization would have to first make a special mention of Ms. Johnnie F. McKenzie, the founder of CCT.  Her vision, hard work and supreme dedication to this company and our many long-time clients made the very foundation of CCT possible.  All of us that call CCT 'home' owe a special debt of gratitude to Ms. McKenzie for her founding and important role in the history of CCT.

► More so than perhaps any other single individual, there is one person that has profoundly changed the face of this organization - our vice-president, Mr. Steven J. Sharp.  He has literally worked from the ground floor of this Company all the way up.  And all along that path, he has worked diligently to ensure the quality of services provided to our clients, proven himself to be an innovator by applying our organizational strengths to new markets and set a remarkable example of work ethic and passion for this Company that has become the standard by which all are measured.

► While it would not be possible to list each and every one of them by name, the many dedicated trainers, consultants and other professionals that serve this Company today - as well as those that have done so in the past - all deserve to be fairly credited with building our reputation as one of the most capable and qualified companies in our industry.  They have all worked very hard and labored many, many hours to bring our vision and potential as a team into reality.  Their efforts and sacrifice could simply not be appreciated enough.

► A note of acknowledgement should be made to the many knowledgeable professionals at The Hewlett-Packard Company, Dell Computer Corporation, and The Microsoft Corporation who have always provided us with first-rate equipment, software, technical software assistance and service.

► Our newly renovated corporate home located in the historic King Plow Arts Center in Atlanta, Georgia would not be what it is today without the hard work and design vision of the many dedicated professional contractors that transformed an open, empty space into what it is today.  Our offices are now more functional, aesthetic, and accommodating than we ever imagined possible.

► Our respect and appreciation are warmly extended to Wachovia Bank and Ms. Penny Dezern for their trust and support and for providing CCT with an unparalleled level of customer service for nearly a decade.

► We would also like to thank and acknowledge the guidance, support and professional service brought to this Company by our legal counsel - Sutherland Asbill & Brennan, LLP and Knight & Green, LLC.

In closing, we would like to take a moment to remember, reflect and honor three members of the CCT family who are no longer with us.  Mr. David Wutrich, Mr. James Burt and Mrs. Beverly Sharp all worked tirelessly on behalf of this Company and each will be remembered for their strong sense of purpose, warmth and enthusiasm.  They will always be in our hearts, thoughts and prayers.
