CCT Solutions:  A Team of Implementation and Integration Experts

We have extensive experience in the successful implementation and integration of both desktop and enterprise-wide applications and systems.   We have been a leader in the development of adaptive programs designed to enroll end-users in mission critical software initiatives and make sure that they get the education and training required for them to be a successful partner in the deployment and production process.  Because, ultimately, it doesn't matter how much potential benefit a software application has if it isn't used or isn't used properly.  And, unfortunately, that happens a lot.  Our job is to make sure that it doesn't happen to you and your next important software implementation project.

A Successful Implementation Relies First on a Realistic Assessment

Presuming your implementation initiative has adequate funding and the support of management, these are some of the questions we will ask you to better understand the environment in which you need to achieve success - and candid answers are the most constructive:

  • What additional, specific knowledge is required for end users to master in order for them to perform their role in the utilization of the proposed system or change at or above what has been identified as an ideal level?

  • Has any attempt already been made to introduce the new system or its components to the end-user community at your company - and, if so, what were the results?

  • Are there any preconceived ideas about the new (or changed) system in the minds of end users and, if so, are they positive or negative?

  • What is the present state or condition of end-user morale and perception when it comes to training and IT services at your company?

  • What are any technical challenges you foresee during implementation that will likely need to be successfully addressed concurrently with - or following - an education initiative?

  • What has been the end result of prior software implementation and integration initiatives at your company and what are the prevailing theories on why various components (or all) of those efforts may have been successful - or unsuccessful?

  • How much change in the computing environment - if any - has recently taken place at your company and what impact has that had on the people, processes and systems that will be partners to your implementation?

  • Realistically speaking, are there any shortcomings or perceptions of shortcomings of the proposed system (or change) that will be self evident to an end-user that need to be thoughtfully considered and proactively addressed when a product placement strategy is developed?

  • Is the new system (or change) intended to increase the productivity of those in existing positions only - or could it also lead to actual elimination or wholesale replacement of some positions all together?

  • After making sure we understand what management needs and desires are, we need to know what end-users want (irrespective of whether such desires can be explicitly accommodated or not) out of the new (or changed) system.

  • Does your company have any already established method or metric for measuring the results of application implementation and integration that need to be assimilated into this process?

  • At the end of the implementation or integration process, what specifically would 'success' look like to you and other project leaders?

We work with our clients to help them create an exciting - often even  anticipated - training mix of products and services that are renowned for their innovation and ability to connect with adult students' learning styles.  If you rely on the 'stock training' offered by other software training vendors, there is a high probability that you may end up getting 'stock results' - at best.  Together, we can do better than that.  Let us show you how you can build a high impact program that's within your computer training budget.

Studies have revealed interesting connections in the minds of users between perceived ease of use, comparative or empirical ease of use and the actual use and adoption ratios realized following the introduction of systems and software.  Learn more...
