Although a media-rich, blended learning model is the most popular in the computer training industry today, our experience has shown us that that's not enough.  Our commitment to innovation has led us to develop a more refined, effective approach to software education. It is no longer enough to teach just the functional usage and applied understanding of a new software package.  In order to build lasting skills, we must create an environment where students have their own desire to learn, the training plan must be inspiring and it must encourage them to reach for a deeper understanding of concept and practice.  Our job is to help them to dream big from the start and promote the idea that mastery of their computer and its software are the keys that will unlock the doors of their career success.

Ultimately, our job is not to merely explain software topics to the class in a bright and cheery manner - rather, our instructors have to quietly introduce software knowledge while they are also creating the need to learn, actively gauging and modifying the learning dynamic, staying alert and flexible should the unexpected happen - and they must do this in a way that is fun and  enjoyable.  We are careful to listen to the signs that point to how individual students learn, instruct them from a position of subject mastery ourselves and inspire them to want to know more.
