Mr. Gorton has been with CCT since 1994. He joined the Company after working in information systems management for a division of AT&T that later became Lucent Technologies. For the last eight years, he has served as the President of the Company.

Mr. Gorton began his career as a software instructor and database programmer in 1989 and, after receiving his master's degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California in 1993, shifted his professional interest toward a career in information systems consulting. During that same time, most national software training organizations were also gradually shifting their business focus toward providing consulting services - and the evolution of CCT's business model mirrored that national trend. Under his leadership, the Company has successfully navigated the challenging transition from being a ninety percent training/ten percent consulting organization to becoming a ninety percent consulting/ten percent training organization.

While maintaining a full-time consulting and executive management schedule, Mr. Gorton has also periodically served as an adjunct Professor of Computer Science at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Gorton takes an active role in all consulting projects in a supervisory capacity while still consulting directly on key projects for many long-time clients. His passion and success first as a software instructor and later as a software consultant forms the basis of the Company's many strong and enduring business relationships - many of which span nearly fifteen years.

Mr. Gorton is an active member and participant in several civic and software industry professional associations.

Mr. Sharp has been with CCT since 1997. He joined the Company after a successful career in outside sales and upon completion of his Master’s program in Counseling Psychology at Georgia State University. For the last four years, he has served as the Vice President of our organization.

Mr. Sharp began his information services career as a software instructor in 1998. After mastering many of the desktop applications, he was able to apply his understanding of human motivation, learning, and positive reinforcement to create a dynamic, interactive classroom environment. As vice president, his careful attention to detail extends beyond the classroom - he oversees nearly all work product delivered to clients and ensures that it meets the highest standards of the organization.

Almost from the beginning of his affiliation with the Company, Mr. Sharp recognized that CCT could be of greater value to clients by moving beyond the traditional mainstay of instructor-led training and leveraging CCT's competency in software services consulting. Under his direction, CCT has expanded its offered services ten-fold to include a broad array of specialty consulting services, fully customizable technical documentation services, CD-ROM learning module development, video production services, 3-D animation and web-based, interactive training products.
